A producer is a cheerleader, coach, problem-solver, but above all a guide. When you book with Stone Owl, your producer will work with you to make you sound your very best.
Your recording engineer will use his or her advanced technical knowledge of studio technology to make you sound like a genius. Want your song to sound vintage? Retro? Modern? Your engineer knows how to make you sound just how you want to.
Your mixing engineer will assure that all of the various instruments come-together to sound sonically stunning. During this process, the engineer will set the relative levels between all of the recorded tracks, apply equalization & compression as necessary, add effects, edit takes, and whatever else it takes to make your tracks sound as professional as possible.
Mastering is the final stage of the recording process. Your mastering engineer will use his experienced ears to tweak the final mixes into a “radio-ready” cohesive product. After mastering, your songs will be ready to be replicated, receive radio airplay, uploaded to I-tunes, and sent to Grandma.
“Our producer’s commitment to preserving our artistic integrity put us at ease, while his careful adding of commercial touches caressed our record out of our heads and into the professional realm.
Each hour is all inclusive, it covers the studio’s room use charge, as well as a the producer/engineer’s fee to run the session and guide you through every step. There are no strings attached & no hidden charges. You may choose to use your time all at once, or spread it out over multiple sessions. At the end, you own all rights to the finished product.
Ryan had an uncanny ability to endlessly imagine potential ways of making something good even better, and the energy to give them all a try.
